Land and Sea

Some of you probably know, we surprised the kids with a Land and Sea vacation. It was everything we thought it would be, and more!
Come join along for my trip report, as I recap our adventure!

Rob and I were trying to decide what to do for the kids for Christmas this year, and kicked around the idea of another vacation at Walt Disney World. After talking for a bit, we decided to compare the price of that to a cruise for the 5 of us. Taking the kids on a Disney Cruise was definitely something we had on our bucket list, but we thought it would be too much to be able to pull off. After comparing everything, we realized we could do a 4 night cruise for less than 6 nights at WDW. (yes, I know, not exactly apples to apples, but it was close enough for us!)
So, with our minds made up, I booked our cruise for February, figuring it was close enough to Christmas that we could keep building the excitement up with the kids before we left.

When I started looking into a hotel room for the night before the cruise, Rob asked me about what it would cost to add on a few park days before the trip, so back to the computer I went to find the best option for us. Finally, we had everything booked...airfare, hotel, tickets, and cruise! I could put it all together in a tidy package to give to the kids Christmas morning....stay tuned after the trip report for a post about our reveal!

So, how was 3 nights at Disney's Port Orleans and 4 nights on the Dream? INCREDIBLE!
Follow along!
